The Phases and Program

The current development consists of 5 phases as indicated on the map below.

The Golf Course

A championship 18 hole par 72 golf course measuring 6900 metres has been designed by Douw van der Merwe of DDV Design Group and is being constructed by Wonder gardens. The course is the central feature of the estate, constructed in the old quarry and designed around the spruit and existing dams. Construction of the golf course should be complete by May 2004 and the 'growing in' period concluded by 1 December 2004 by which date the clubhouse will also be completed. The stylish clubhouse will contain all the necessary facilities and have spectacular and uninterupted views of the floodlit driving range and 16 of the holes. Ownership of the golf course vests in the developer and residents will have preferential membership.
