Company
PHM
has been supplying Engineering Design solutions since its inception in 1996. Two
technologists, Steven Pearse and John Heddon founded the firm after they identified
a particular niche in the Engineer industry, which needed to be addressed. This
niche has been born from the advancement in computer technology, particularly
the huge growth of the internet and the ability to transfer data quickly and securely,
which has led to the creation of the Virtual Office. Further changes have been
identified with the attitude of Engineering Consultants towards the outsourcing
of certain design functions and with this in mind PHM has combined the above aspects
to offer a professional and economical design solution to consultants who wish
to take advantage of this modern technology and who require a more affordable
and complete design facility, incorporating all the relevant technical fields
in township development, of civil, structural and elecrical engineering, town-planning,
ground rehabilitation, surveying and project management.
